2025 NJHIMSS Board of Directors Nomination

NJHIMSS is a member association representing 1,700-plus healthcare IT (HIT) professionals throughout New Jersey. Annually we have four board positions to be filled to help guide the association and ensure the interests of our members through a broad range of channels, including educational events, conferences, the Internet and social media.

The goal of the board of directors is to maintain an actively engaged membership roster; involve a wide constituency in the chapter including clinical, informatics, and students, as well as HIT professionals. Our objective is to continue to grow the chapter membership through local and national activities and other networking opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership support to our membership, educational and advocacy programs. The ideal candidate is someone on a leadership path that is willing to serve in an active capacity on the board.

Term Length: 4 years

Term Dates: July 2024 through June 2027

Nomination Submissions Deadline: May 3.

Board Elections: May 13 through May 24.

Board Requirements
Must be an active HIMSS member and registered for NJ Chapter
Must not be serving on any other HIMSS chapter board
Must be in HIMSS good standing
