* 1. Syntero's leadership is recommending that the following utilization of workforce incentive fund recommendations be approved by the Syntero Board of Directors:

Any employee who has worked for Syntero for less than 1 year is not eligible for workforce incentive funds until they have worked for the agency for more than 12 months. Impacts 13 new employees. No cost.

Any employee who has worked for Syntero for 1-2 years is eligible for a one-time 2% retention bonus equal to 2% of their annual salary. Impacts 42 employees. Total Cost: $18,057.

Any employee who has worked for Syntero for 2-3 years is eligible for 2% cost of living increase equal to 2% of their annual salary. Impacts 12 employees. Total Cost: $12,500.

Any employee who has worked for Syntero for 3-5 years is eligible for a 2.5% cost of living increase equal to 2.5% of their annual salary. Impacts 29 employees. Total cost: 34,400.

Any employee who has worked for Syntero for 5 or more years is eligible for a 3% cost of living increase equal to 3% of their annual salary. Impacts 37 employees. Total cost: $64,000.
