4. Many schools in New Jersey are not safe for all kids. If a child is being bullied or feels unsafe in any way in their school, should parents be afforded the opportunity to send their kid(s) to a school where they feel safe?

Should parents be afforded the opportunity to give their kid(s) every possible chance to get caught up, even if that means moving to a new school or learning environment?
