The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), AEquitas, and the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL) are pleased to announce the National Institute for the Prosecution of Elder Abuse (NIPEA) event is scheduled to be held August 7-10, 2018 in Philadelphia, PA. Please note that this institute is only open to prosecutors.

Final OVW approval for this event is pending at this time, and all applicants will be notified when this event is confirmed.

The following survey serves as your application to attend NIPEA. Please note that your application is not complete until you have filled in all fields of this survey. Before you begin, please have the following information handy:

- Your name, title, and contact information
- Your years of experience, caseload, the number of prosecutors in your office, and the size of jurisdiction
- Your bar admission information
- Your OVW grant name(s) and number(s) (if applicable)
- Any accessibility requirements, including the contact information for personal care attendant (if applicable)

If you are selected to attend the NIPEA, the contact information you provide will be used to create a name-tag and the event roster. Please be sure to enter your information as you would wish it to appear on those event materials. 

Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot in the Institute; please DO NOT make travel arrangements unless and until you have been notified that you are accepted for the course.
