Introduction and Demographics

Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (NILMDTS) is an international nonprofit organization that serves to introduce remembrance photography to parents experiencing the loss of  a baby. We accomplish this by conducting professional portrait sessions in hospital rooms, usually in Labor and Delivery or NICU units. NILMDTS believes that remembrance photography validates the existence and presence of these precious babies by honoring their legacy. While a professional NILMDTS Affiliated Photographer should remain the first choice of facilities and providers, we are researching various models and CEU accreditations to learn how we can best serve the medical professionals we often partner with. We appreciate your feedback.

NOTE: This survey will take approximately 10 minutes and is to be completed by healthcare professionals that work in the Labor and Delivery and NICU departments of their facilities and/or those that work with patients experiencing perinatal loss. This survey is not intended for current Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep volunteers, as we are working to assess the specific needs of the healthcare facilities we serve. If you are not part of this demographic, please do not complete this survey but please feel free to pass the link along to anyone in which it applies.
