Care England ENICs Impact Survey

Care England is looking to understand how the increase in Employers’ National Insurance Contributions (ENIC) and the National Minimum Wage have affected your organisation.

As part of our ongoing judicial review, we have upcoming meetings with the teams of the Chancellor, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, and the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

To make sure your experiences are represented in those discussions, we’d be really grateful if you could share how these changes are impacting you.

Your feedback will directly inform what we put forward to government and strengthen the case for urgent action on funding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, it really does make a difference.
