The Idaho Academy's Annual Poster Session is an opportunity to present peer-reviewed research or projects.  There is also an option for students to present class projects. We invite all to submit a poster session for this year's session.  The submission deadline is February 15, 2024.

Please acknowledge that you have read the policy before submitting your responses. 

Scholarly presentation of original research or program report, including
research question, literature review, methods, and results/conclusions. Poster abstracts are peer-reviewed.

There is also an option for students to submit class projects that include related literature, methods, and conclusions.  

The presenting author is required to register and attend the Annual Meeting for at least the day of poster presentations.

A meeting registration discount code for $50 will be extended to one presenting author. Attendees may apply only one discount code.  Codes have no cash value. 

The applicant is responsible for meeting registration, travel, and other expenses associated with the poster. 

Poster format and instructions will be sent upon acceptance. 

The Idaho Academy uses a tri-fold poster format that can be displayed on a table.
