Timiskaming Health Unit (THU) is working to better understand the interests of local workplaces on employee wellness. For this survey, a workplace is any place of employment from small businesses, farms, to large corporations, etc. The answers will help us know what training opportunities, resources, and other supports are relevant to workplaces.
We invite you to complete one survey per workplace. The best person to complete it would be a staff member who is responsible for workplace wellness activities and can speak on behalf of the workplace. For example: Human Resources manager, supervisor, manager, owner, Health & Safety representative, etc. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be used by THU for planning purposes. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
