FluidMath Lesson Feedback - NIH

Hi Teachers.

Please use this form to provide feedback after teaching each Fluid Math (FM) topic, and using some of the math problems listed under that topic, 
with your Algebra classes. Please complete the survey one time for each FM topic you teach.
It would be best if you could take the survey as soon as possible after completing each of the topics on the FM website (sometime the same day).

Your feedback will help to improve the software, user interface, and the problems used for Fluid Math. Positive and negative feedback is welcome.
