You may be aware that as part of the Preston, South Ribble and Lancashire City Deal there is funding to improve key corridors into the city. New Hall Lane has been identified as one of the first to be improved.

Following the initial consultation held in March on the concept plan, we are now at a stage where we need to prepare detailed plans. As part of this we need to know the parking and loading requirements of the businesses along New Hall Lane within the plan area. The ‘local centre scheme’ area is anticipated to cover the stretch of New Hall Lane from Mosley Street in the West to Mete Street in the East. This covers the businesses fronting New Hall Lane numbered 97 to 282.

As yours is one of the businesses we have identified is within the scheme area, we are keen to understand what your parking and servicing/loading requirements are.
