The CERA program has ended, and Ottawa County Courts and Good Samaritan are working on implementing an eviction prevention program that works for all of us.  The new program is called OCEPP- Ottawa County Eviction Prevention Program. This new program will have strict rental caps and not provide lengthy future rent payments.
