Food Addiction Self-Quiz

This Self-Quiz will show you whether you are experiencing addictive behaviors in relationship to eating.  I think you're in for a big relief.

Finding out that an addiction is the real driver behind overeating gives you the chance to take a whole new approach to getting control of your eating and getting into a healthy body.

I'm Joan Ifland, PhD.  I wrote the textbook, Processed Food Addiction. From the textbook, I learned the truth about overeating.  It's often an addiction to processed foods.

At the end of the Self-Quiz, I'll give you suggestions about what to do next.  We are with you.
