Hospice Administrator Meetings are hosted by the Home Care, Hospice, & Palliative Care Alliance of NH. They were also a regular part of the NH Hospice & Palliative Care Organization prior to the merger. These meetings are a member benefit. This survey will help us plan future meetings to ensure that they provide information and a platform of working together that is meaningful and worth your time to participate.
