Study Details
- Conducted by: A third-year Pharmacy student, Swansea University, supervised by Lois Gwyn (Clinical Lead Pharmacist, Primary Care, BCUHB) and Dr Melanie Healy (MPharm Lecturer).
- Purpose: To gather information about your professional activities, training, and experiences.
- Eligibility: Primary Care Pharmacists working in Wales.
- Duration: The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.
- Confidentiality: All responses will remain anonymous, securely stored, and managed per the UK Data Protection Act.
- Participation is voluntary. By completing the survey, you consent to take part and may withdraw at any time, with the option to request data deletion.
