* 1. I am sure that you are tired of surveys from the school. Please know that your input is appreciated. There are new federal funds available to the school to assure network connectivity for all students. I am working with RTC to identify which students need access to high powered internet. Please answer the next few questions to help us apply for these funds to best serve our students.

If you do not have fiber: please provide your name and address. I am working with RTC to identify students that reside in areas that do not have fiber.

* 3. Do you NOT have internet because you cannot afford it? If the answer is yes, I need your name and address. Why? The grant funds will allot the school funds to subsidize your monthly bill until June 2022. Therefore, in order to work with RTC, I will need your name and address. ALL information is private!
