KSS Jets 2027 U12/13 QPL Trials

Thank you for your interest in trialling for the KSS Jets U12/13 QPL squad for the 2027 season. Please complete the survey below for for each player intending to trial.

There will be 2 trial sessions held for the 2027 QPL U12/13 Squad. The dates for sessions are: Tuesday 6 October & Thursday 8 October. We recommend players attend all sessions to allow for consistency in the selection process, but understand some players may not be available due to other commitments.

Being a member of a QPL Squad requires a strong level of commitment from players and families throughout the season. Please answer the below questions in relation to the players ability to commit to training/matches.

13.If selected, can the player commit to attending 1 match weekly, played on a Saturday, held at venues in Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Bundaberg?(Required.)
