Perceptions of Franklin County’s Mental Health and Addiction Services including Prevention, Family Support, Recovery Supports, Housing, Treatment, and Crisis Services.

The Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) connects Franklin County community members to affordable and high-quality mental health and addiction services. ADAMH is inviting all members of the Franklin County community to participate in needs assessment survey so that the organization can better lead the way to mental well-being and addiction recovery for all. Survey responses will remain anonymous and must be completed by November 30, 2020.
