2026-2027 75th Anniversary Year Festival Ambassador Intake Form

Are you passionate about food, wine, and events? Do you love sharing your experiences on social media?

If so, we want YOU to become one of our Festival Ambassadors for our special 75th Anniversary Year (September 2026 - September 2027)!

We're on the lookout for four individuals with unique perspectives and a genuine love for all things wine, culinary and entertaining. You don't need to be a professional influencer – we're looking for regular social media enthusiasts who can capture the essence of the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival.

About You:

You have a keen eye for photography and video capture.
You have a genuine interest in Niagara wine and food.
You have the ability to create engaging posts, reels, or stories that catch attention.
You are engaged with your community of followers.

How It Works:

Each Ambassador receives a pair of complimentary tickets to NGWF events between September 2026 - October 2027.
You share your passion through content that promotes NGWF events.
Opportunity for additional paid content (where budget permits, must be pre-approved)
Let your creativity shine while following our style and content guidelines.
Your content will be in the NGWF spotlight (50K audience & growing)

I confirm that the information above is accurate and to the terms listed below.

I confirm that the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival reserves the right to select candidates based on their priorities, and does so without prejudice

I confirm that the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival will own the rights to any photos or video reels included in the agreed upon pre-event,event, and post-event content as outlined in the agreement. These may be used for future social or advertising campaigns. Credits will be given to the creator.

I confirm that the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival will review my social accounts, including old/archive content, to ensure there are no breaches of the Festival Code of Conduct. This would include any content that shows bigotry, discrimination, intimidation, overtly sexual conduct, excessive drinking/drug use, illegal acts or other unseeming behaviour.

I confirm that, if selected, I will review the Festival Code of Conduct and will sign a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the role and responsibilities.

I confirm that, if selected, this agreement will end immediately if a breach of the Code of Conduct appears on any social feed or in any public forum. At that time, all content relating to the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival must be deleted within 48 hours.

I confirm that the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival reserves the right to ask further background questions prior to offering the position, if deemed necessary. This may include a request for references.
