Move the 18th, 19th, 20th, etc. line to the Town Center (this is the smaller line) to the location that will have 800 spaces for slugging & Metro Parking. Leave the 14th Street/L'Enfant/Navy Yard/Union Line at the Church/Plaza/American Legion.

Move the 14th Street/L'Enfant/Navy Yard/Union line to the Town Center (this is the largest line) to the location that has 800 spaces for slugging & Metro Parking. Leave the 18th, 19th, 20th, etc. at the Church/Plaza/American Legion.
