Nominations

Paws For Excellence and All Paws On Deck are recognition programs designed by staff for all staff at OHS.  The goal is to recognize employees who come together and go above and beyond the standard scope of their job.  Nominations should exemplify enthusiasm, team work, innovation, customer service (both internal and external), collaboration with other departments, and/or philanthropy.
All staff members are eligible for recognition through these programs.  Nominations for Paws for Excellence are evaluated quarterly by People & Culture and the final selection will be made by Sharon Harmon, President and CEO.  All Paws On Deck nominations will be evaluated and announced each quarter. 
 
There will be one winner for Paws for Excellence from each campus.  Those winners will receive:
1 day Paid Time Off,  and a designated parking spot. The monthly recipients will be recognized in an all staff email and at the All Staff Meeting.  
 
All Paws On Deck winners will receive:
Catered lunch (onsite)
Announced to all staff via email
Announced during all staff meetings 
All nominees and their managers receive a copy of the nomination.  The nominations are also saved in the employee’s personnel file.
