The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 created a new Coronavirus State & Local Fiscal Recovery fund to keep frontline workers on the job, continue COVID mitigation efforts, and generally support an overall economic recovery.

The Will County Board is responsible for allocating these funds and is seeking community input as it prepares to distribute over $133 million of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money.

As residents and stakeholders in Will County's future, the County Board is asking for your input to help guide this important work.
