Academic Hospitalist Academy Faculty Application

Thank you for your interest in being a faculty member of the Academic Hospitalist Academy. Please review the requirements before completing the application.

-Member of SHM or SGIM and prior attendee of AHA
-Attended one SHM or SGIM annual conference in last 2 years
-Minimum 5 years of Academic Hospitalist experience
-Observation or testimonial of speaking ability

This is a three-year commitment beginning Fall 2024 and ending at the conclusion of AHA 2026, with the expectation that AHA will be held each September/October from 2024-2026
