Nebraska Foundation for Physical Therapy

The Nebraska Foundation for Physical Therapy Board is seeking input to assist our fundraising efforts for the Foundation. Currently the APTA Nebraska Chapter has a Friday evening event to kickoff the Annual Conference in April. We are exploring the feasibility of having a silent auction during the Friday night event with bidding ending at the close of the event. We need your input in deciding if there is interest in donating items/experiences/expertise from our members AND interest in bidding to grab one of those great donated items! Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and help us raise money for the Foundation.

Highly Likely – I love a silent auction.

Likely – This is for a good cause and I want to support the Foundation.

Unlikely – Not big on silent auctions but if something really interests me, I might bid.

Highly Unlikely – Money is tight and/or want to donate to other causes.
