This survey is intended to gather information from parents and carers about the education experiences of children who have Down's syndrome and currently attend primary school in England. 25 years ago the Down’s Syndrome Association conducted a survey about experiences of inclusion. The responses to this current survey will help us to compare experiences over time and will provide important information to inform our response to policies affecting children who have Down’s syndrome. The survey will take around 20–30 minutes to complete.

We will write a report using the information we collect, which we plan to publish. We will not use your name or your child's name in the report. It will be anonymous. Any information you provide will be handled securely in line with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By responding to this survey, you consent to the information you provide being used in this way. If you have any questions or comments, you can contact us at policy@downs-syndrome.org.uk.
