ParliOut Survey

The ParliOut Committee is seeking to obtain views from its membership as to the current provisions in place for Parliamentary staff should they require information or support regarding their own employment.

The Committee wants to ensure that the views, opinions and potentially any areas of concern to our membership are clearly articulated and communicated to the relevant authorities for their consideration. The overall objective is to potentially help inform future developments of employment advice and support for staff who work in or around Parliament - including constituency offices.

Given the diverse make-up of staff that this encompasses, and the broad range of experiences represented within our membership we hope that you will take 5 minutes to complete our short, anonymous, survey, in order to help us identify potential areas where improvements could be made in respect of the availability and content of employment advice in the workplace.

We would encourage you to share your views to help develop the support available to staff in both Houses in the future.
