Thank you for your interest in the BC Family Unbundling Roster (the "Roster"). Please note: 
  • Some or all of the information you submit will be added to version 1.0 of the Roster and be made available to the public.
  • If some information is not incorporated into Roster version 1.0, it may be listed in a future version.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure information is accurate at the time of submission, and that you take reasonable measures to update already-submitted information in a timely manner if it becomes inaccurate. 
  • To change Roster information, please email Kari Boyle <kari.boyle@shaw.ca>.
  • Roster information, including information that personally identifies you, may be stored on servers located outside of Canada. 
Information is collected by Courthouse Libraries BC according to its privacy policy and shared with third parties responsible for administering the Roster. Do you consent to the publication of the information you provide in this Roster Intake Form and to receiving Roster-related communications from Courthouse Libraries BC and third parties responsible for administering the Roster? Consent is necessary for inclusion in the Roster, however you can unsubscribe and remove your information from the Roster at any time.

* 2. (Optional) Do you consent to Courthouse Libraries BC sharing the information you provide in this Roster Intake Form with the National Self-Represented Litigants Project's National Database of Professionals Assisting SRLs?

* 3. (Optional) Do you consent to receive emails for the purposes of being informed about free training, legal resources, and other services and activities of Courthouse Libraries BC and its programs? Consent is not necessary for inclusion in the Roster, and you can unsubscribe from non-Roster-related communications at any time.
