Learn how you can become a site's Sponsor of Choice by a leveraging a platform for:

Randomization and Trial Supply Management
Clinical technology solutions have been developed with the intention of streamlining trial conduct activities.  However this vision has not been truly realized, especially when considering a site’s perspective. Most trials will require sites to interact with over 10 unique systems, each with their own login,  interface, and training requirements. These technologies often result in users performing the same tasks in redundant systems, making routine activities unnecessarily arduous.

Rethinking the traditional paradigm of disparate software platforms for in favor of unified approaches can streamline work done at study sites.  This presentation will show how randomization, drug dispensation, and data entry can be performed in via a single system, with results in happier and better performing sites.

Improving Medical Image Management to Improve Site Satisfaction
Imaging in clinical trials has seen tremendous growth over the past two decades. As a result more clinical trial protocols require the collection of medical images as measured outcomes or endpoints.  Often times sites struggle with the submission and management of medical images because they are working with inconsistent processes stemming from disparate systems.  This leads to errors with submission, high query rates, and added effort and costs. By providing sites with a compliant, consistent and structured solution for submitting medical images, sponsors can increase site satisfaction, improve data quality, reduce query rates, and lower overall costs.

Rave Imaging extends Rave EDC’s capabilities to manage medical images more effectively.  The sites are empowered with a single platform solution that provides a consistent process for submitting medical images. Sites also benefit from the tool's automated edit checks and PHI de-identification processes which reduce query rates by up to 80%.  In addition, data that is captured during the review process is recorded in Rave Imaging and available in Rave EDC due to the integration between these modules. This is especially helpful for sites because it eliminates the need for data reconciliation, enabling them to spend more time performing site related tasks.   Rave Imaging provides the sites with a structured image submission process that complements their process, minimizes data entry/reconciliation and reduces errors during image selection.

Automated Payments and Site Level Transparency Key to Site Retention
Medidata Payments has a central role in efficiency by bringing a financial transparency to the Sponsor/CRO partnership and most importantly to your research sites. Being data driven enables sponsors to incentivize the critical activities that ensure critical study end-points are captured promptly and accurately. We streamline the processing of payments for the sponsor and open up the site to their invoices and provide all parties with forecasting capabilities.

We will cover all of the burden that comes with the industry's current site payments standards and how an automated, EDC driven payments solution eliminates this burden and insures site satisfaction and retention.
