Interested in Starting a new Treatment Court or Service?

Considering a new treatment court in your jurisdiction or a new track in your existing program?

  • All new treatment courts and material changes to existing programs must be coordinated through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
  • Whether you're just exploring the treatment court concept or you're interested in adding a track to an existing program, the NM AOC Therapeutic Justice Support Program (TJSP) has a team ready to assist you.
  • Answering the questions on this brief survey will let the TJSP team know you're interested in discussing your options.
  • There's no commitment at this point.
  • The goal is to exchange basic information so the team can best support you and your jurisdiction.
The TJSP will assist you in making sure your program meets the Supreme Court's requirements for new programs and adjustments to existing programs.
