Introduction

On November 15, 2021, the President signed into law the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), which includes $5 billion in funding to create a National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. The primary goal of the program is create a public nationwide vehicle charging network to ensure charging access for those with electric vehicles. The Nebraska DOT is tasked with preparing the statewide plan by August 2022.
Following this introduction are a series of questions intended to gauge public attitudes towards electric vehicles and influences of having access to charging stations outside the home. We would appreciate your input and time to complete the short survey. Information gathered will be used to shape the plan.
