Each member congregation shall have 4 lay voting representatives from among its participating members.  One additional voting representative is further authorized for each 100 members over the first 100 to a maximum of 10 voting representative

 

Ordained and commissioned Disciples ministers who have standing in the Northeastern Region and all who are members of the Regional Board at the time of the Regional Assembly have the privilege of vote.

 

All other members of the Northeastern Region are invited to participate fully in the sessions and discussions of the Regional Assembly without vote.
