We want to hear from you. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is a benefit provided to Coloradans enrolled in Health First Colorado, the state’s Medicaid program. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is currently provided by a company called IntelliRide to people who do not have their own means of transportation to get to health care appointments, the pharmacy, and other health facilities.

This survey was developed by the Colorado Health Institute, Center for Health Progress, and Together Colorado. The survey will help us understand your experience using Non-Emergency Transportation Services in the past six months.

Your responses will remain anonymous and will not be shared outside the study team. Your responses will in no way affect your enrollment or benefits in Health First Colorado. You must be age 18 or older to complete the survey.
