Thank you for participating in this survey which is designed to increase knowledge about current strategies for diagnosing and treating neonatal seizures, both clinical and EEG, in European neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).

The survey consists of three parts:
7 questions asking about the specialty of the responder, the type of hospital and the country the responder is working in.
3 clinical scenarios with questions about diagnosis and treatment of infants in these scenarios.
7 short questions about general management of neonatal seizures.

Your feedback is important. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All information collected is anonymous. Please provide your e-mail address on the final page if you want to receive a preliminary summary of the survey.

By clicking start you agree to provide informed consent for the purpose of data collection. You have the right to withdraw from the survey at anytime throughout until you click the submit button on the final page, upon which your anonymous data will be collected for analysis.
