Please complete this form to express interest in receiving a levy transfer for an apprenticeship.

Please refer to the NEL Training Hub apprenticeship funding page on the NEL Training Hub website first.

Employers who wish to receive a levy transfer must already have an Apprenticeship Service Account set up on the GOV UK website - How to register and use the apprenticeship service as an employer - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Prior to completing the form please ensure you have:

Have identified named apprentice/s
Know the specific apprenticeship standard
Have a start date and confirmed place with a Training provider/HEI
