NEL Training Hub Advanced Practice Community of Practice (CoP)

NEL Training Hub is setting up an Advanced Practice Community of Practice to bring learners across the system to build a supportive network for advanced practice development.
Purpose of the Community of Practice
The purpose of this CoP is to:
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for healthcare professionals undertaking advanced practice.
  • Share knowledge, experience, challenges and best practices across disciplines.
  • Promote reflective practice, leadership development and person-centred care.
  • Support professional development and progression towards advanced practice competencies.
  • Encourage multi-professional learning.
  • Provide networking opportunities and peer support.

When
Join us on Thursday 25th September from 12:30 to 1:30 for the first CoP session where you will hear from Advanced Practice colleagues to help you in your studies and support transition into advanced roles.
