Survey and Project Description
The Northeast Florida Cancer Control Collaborative is developing an online cancer resource guide to provide cancer patients and those who care for them with a single source to find resources available in the area.
This survey is an effort to gather information regarding local cancer resources so that the information can be uploaded as the site is developed.
The cancer resource guide will strive to keep listings current, accurate, and relevant. To do so, participating cancer service providers will be issued a username and password to update their information on the website.
