Supporting Our People to Enrol with a General Practioner (Doctors or GP) Service

Kia ora koutou,

We are investigating ways that we can help our whanau with getting prepared for the arrival of COVID19 into our communities and one of the things we are quite concerned about is that some of our whanau are not currently registered with a GP/Doctors Service. We would like to facilitate access for those that are not currently registered and invite those of you NOT CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITH A GP SERVICE to complete this survey so your details can be collected and follow up made with you. Being enrolled means you can access service without having to pay something like $60-$120 a visit.

It will be vitally important that all of our Iwi members can access a GP.
