One of the following registration fees must be paid in order to attend any sessions or meal function(s). If you have a child in the 5th grade or below, you do not need to pay a registration fee for them.

Each member congregation shall have 4 lay voting representatives from among its participating members. One additional voting representative is further authorized for each 100 members over the first 100 to a maximum of 10 voting representative

Ordained and licensed Disciples ministers who have standing in the Northeastern Region and all who are members of the Regional Board at the time of the Regional Assembly have the privilege of vote.

All other members of the Northeastern Region are invited to participate fully in the sessions and discussions of the Regional Assembly without vote.

* 11. NORTHEASTERN REGION UNITED CHOIR

The music for this Regional Assembly will be one united choir from across the region. All who desire to sing are invited to the “one united rehearsal” on Friday night, September 14 at 8 p.m. The choir will sing on Saturday, September 15. Music will be sent to the congregation you name on your registration form by September 1. Please plan on joining this one united voice choir.

Congregations are invited to share their Outreach and Evangelism Ministries with the entire Regional Assembly. You may reserve a table in the exhibit area to share your OUTREACH and EVANGELISM Ministries. Tables must be reserved by August 14, 2018. If you reserve a table, we ask that you not sell any materials. 1 am interested in having a table:

Double rooms are $139.00; this includes free breakfast and free parking. To receive this rate, reservations must be made by September 1, 2022 identifying your group as “Northeast Regional Assembly”. You may reserve a room for just Oct. 7 or Oct. 7 AND 8 at this group rate. Please make your reservations early. We have blocked only 15 rooms at this rate. All rooms are smoke free.

(When you stay here, you will receive a regional tax free document that you must show when you check in not to be charged taxes on your room).
