Thank you for your interest in meeting the Netherlands at Henley Royal Regatta.

This is an exclusive VIP Event, limited to one person per organisation.

Please note space is very limited and final qualification will be the decision of The Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions (NBTC). Priority will be given to meeting planners and meeting professionals, who have not recently attended a Netherlands networking event.

Once applicants are confirmed and tickets are issued, late cancellations will be expected to find a replacement from their organisation, no shows will be charged at face value of the ticket.
