The purpose of our questions is to assess the usefulness of eight polypharmacy case reports since our team published them in 2013 and 2014. We are interested in how widely the case reports are used and how they are used as learning activities. Each case report is published along with case discussion worksheets so they can be used for interprofessional education in geriatric pharmacotherapy. They’re published in similar format in three journals: Canadian Pharmacists Journal, Canadian Family Physician, and Canadian Medical Association Journal. Your responses will help us understand whether this work has been useful, whether we should update or provide new case reports, and if we should look for new ways to optimize their use.
