We really appreciate the enthusiastic response we have received about the opening of Prime Taco. It will be a fast casual restaurant, much like Prime Burger. Great, fresh food and super friendly service at a fair price.
The menu is still in development. What we can tell you is the menu will have a number of curated items unique to Prime Taco or you can create your own tacos, burritos and quesadillas. There will also be margaritas, craft beer, wine and sangria.
Our opening is targeted for later this summer. We are not officially announcing the location yet out of respect for the current business that is operating in the space.
Getting our logo designed is very important. We appreciate your participation in this study and your candid feedback. Please note that all logos are mockups and are not yet high res.
