Introduction - Oregon Farm to School Grant Final Report
Hello Oregon Farm to School Grantees!
We want to hear how the ODE Farm to School Education Grant made an impact on your farm to school and school garden education projects.
The final report is mandatory, and required of all grantees of the ODE Farm to School Education Grant.
The survey should take about 1 hour to complete. It may be helpful for you to review your progress report and original grant application as the questions referred to in the report are from that application.
