Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

This survey seeks to gain a better understanding of the providers delivering NDIS supports to participants with a psychosocial disability. This includes information on the qualifications, experience and skill level of providers and workers providing support to participants with a psychosocial disability, as well as what professional development, training and practice supervision is being provided to these workers.

It also includes information on the financial viability of providing supports to participants with a psychosocial disability under the NDIS and how NDIS providers manage risk and ensure the quality and safety of supports provided to this cohort.

The results from this survey will inform advice to state, territory and Commonwealth Governments, on strategies to support NDIS providers and their workforce to deliver the best possible supports to participants with a psychosocial disability.

This survey is anonymous and voluntary and will take approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete.

The survey will close on 4.00 pm Monday 16 March 2020.
