Nomination for the Youth Achievement Award - 2025

The Youth Achievement Award recognizes the strengths and accomplishments of a young person or group of young people and will be presented the NJAAP 75th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Liberty House in Jersey City.

We are asking any and all to submit their nomination via the instructions listed below. Deadline for submissions is Friday, August 1, 2025.

The Nominee(s) should be New Jersey - based, under the age of 22, and be a (group of) child(ren), adolescent(s) or young adult (s) who has/have demonstrated initiative, talent and determination resulting in a notable accomplishment in any field - including - but not limited to - health, community service, education, and advocacy.

Please be sure to describe why you are nominating this individual or group of individuals citing specific examples of how they have made an impact.
