Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for the Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center, the home of two nonprofits, the  Battered Women's Shelter (BWS) and the Rape Crisis Center (RCC) of Medina and Summit Counties.

This application will be considered for the Board terms beginning in Fall 2023.  Applicants will be notified by email shortly after submission. Training for candidates selected for the Board will be held during a time that best meets the needs of all participating.

BWS Mission Statement:
The mission of the Battered Women’s Shelter is to lead the community in the prevention of domestic abuse by providing emergency shelter, advocacy, and education throughout Summit and Medina counties in an effort to break the cycle of abuse and help promote peace in every family.
 
RCC Mission Statement:
The Rape Crisis Center of Medina and Summit counties is committed to ending sexual violence through education and awareness, advocating for all those affected by this crime through empowerment and support.
