Introduction

Dear Friends in National Service:

As you know, the spirit of the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act encourages a greater level of coordination between state service commissions and national AmeriCorps grantees or applicants. Oregon Volunteers strives to provide strong opportunities for communication and support to our AmeriCorps State and national direct placements in Oregon.

Over the years, Oregon Volunteers has worked consistently to reach out and invite our National Direct partners to events, trainings and communication lists. All of our statewide events for members and staff include invitations to all AmeriCorps programs serving throughout the state that we have information about. We hope that you have been able to take advantage of the resources and events that we offer.

The form below is based on one created by a working group of State Commissions and National Direct representatives that we have adapted for Oregon to help us ensure collaborative and cohesive national service programming in our state. Please complete and submit this survey by Friday, January 27, 2017.

If you are new to Oregon, welcome! We are anxious to meet your staff and members. Please feel free to get in touch with us any time.
