Brinlee Nelson, volleyball
Nelson had 19 assists, 11 digs, four aces and two kills in a down-to-the-wire 3-2 victory for the Lady Fury over Hillcrest last week.

Derek Ashworth, cross country
In the boys 5000 meter run at the Eye Opener Invitational, Ashworth finished 12th overall out of 452 runners with a time of 15:58.50.
