In an era characterized by rapid technological advancements, the pertinent question arises: Is the insurance industry maintaining pace with these changes, and to what extent is it embracing technological innovation? This survey is conducted on a voluntary and anonymous basis, aiming to comprehensively understand the current Information Technology Platform Landscape within South Africa. It seeks to evaluate the existing technological needs and requirements of Brokers, Insurers, Underwriting Management Agencies (UMAs), and Administrators. The findings from this survey will be compiled and disseminated through a detailed article to various esteemed Insurance Publications.
