2021 Nashville Cable Awards Nominations (Nomination Deadline is May 15, 2021)
The Cable Awards is an opportunity to recognize cable members and organizations who have promoted women's professional advancement in the past year.
Civic Outreach Award – recognizes a Cable member who gives an additional measure of time, committee involvement, and community support which increases CABLE’s visibility in the community and serves as a role model for other women to give back to the community.
Lynn Manzelmann Networking Award – honors a Cable member who embodies the spirit and carries out networking to promote civic & career opportunities for women.
Molly Todd Cup - honors an outstanding Cable member who spends much of their life making the world, and particularly Nashville, a better place to live.
Promote Women Award – honors an individual or company that personifies the purpose of Cable through the promotion of leadership opportunities for women. Criteria include effecting the promotion of business and leadership opportunities for women; working for the promotion of women through civic & community activities; using their stature in the community to highlight the accomplishments of women. (Nominees for this award are NOT required to be a Cable member.)
Rising Star Award – honors a young Cable member who exhibits energy & leadership potential through her willingness to assume responsibility for projects and activities of the organization.
Spirit of Leadership Award – recognizes a Cable member not currently serving on the Board of Directors who exemplifies leadership through personal and professional accomplishments which have inspired and influenced the advancement of women.
