Core target audience

Clinicians who undertake children and young people's asthma reviews or have a specialist interest in children and young people’s asthma. (GP’s, practice nurses, pharmacists, HCAs)

Key learning aims/objectives

To confidently carry out an asthma assessment in CYP
To be able to contribute to the diagnosis of asthma in CYP
To escalate and de-escalate asthma treatment as required
To be able to manage an acute asthma attack
To be able to provide competent post asthma attack care
