Focus Group Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining the resident focus group scheduled for August 26, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM at Helping People Succeed! This session is open to individuals 18 and older who live, work, or receive services in Martin County. Facilitators from the Health Council of Southeast Florida (HCSEF) will lead a guided discussion about the challenges and contributing factors that residents are experiencing related to health and well-being in Martin County.

These focus groups are part of the 2025 Community Health Assessment (CHA) for Martin County. Your feedback will remain anonymous, and the insights gathered will be summarized into larger themes to help shape the 2025 Martin County CHA.
